L<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;amplificatore differenziale fornisce il rilevamento in remoto della tensione di uscita sui terminali positivo e negativo, garantendo una regolazione estremamente precisa indipendentemente dalle perdite IR nelle piste su scheda (vias, tracce e interconnessioni). Le applicazioni includono alimentazioni per ASIC e FPGA a corrente elevata, bus di distribuzione dell&#8217;alimentazione, amplificatori audio ad alta potenza e server di rete.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->L&#8217;LTC3829 funziona con tutti i MOSFET a canale N da tensioni di ingresso comprese tra 4,5 V e 38 V e pu\u00f2 fornire tensioni di uscita nell&#8217;intervallo da 0,6 V a 5 V, con una precisione di \u00b1 0,75%. La corrente in uscita viene rilevata misurando la caduta di tensione sull&#8217;induttore di uscita (DCR) o utilizzando un resistore di rilevamento. La compensazione in temperatura programmabile della regolazione DCR mantiene un limite di corrente preciso e costante in un ampio intervallo di temperature. Il potente driver per i gate integrato riduce al minimo le perdite di commutazione dei MOSFET, consentendo l&#8217;utilizzo di pi\u00f9 MOSFET collegati in parallelo. La frequenza operativa pu\u00f2 essere programmata in modo fisso da 250 kHz a 770 kHz, oppure sincronizzata su un clock esterno grazie al PLL interno. L&#8217;on-time minimo dell&#8217;LTC3829, di soli 90 ns, rende questo dispositivo ideale per le applicazioni con un elevato rapporto di step-down.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LTC3829 integra la tecnologia regolabile Stage Shedding<sup>\u2122<\/sup>, che consente di aumentare l&#8217;efficienza ai bassi carichi eliminando le perdite per la carica del gate e le perdite di commutazione di due delle sue fasi di uscita. Il dispositivo pu\u00f2 essere inoltre configurato per il funzionamento Burst Mode<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> programmabile in modo da garantire una maggiore efficienza con carichi bassi. La modalit\u00e0 di controllo non-lineare (opzionale) consente di migliorare la risposta al transiente della fase di carico, mentre l&#8217;APV (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) riduce al minimo la deviazione della tensione transitoria massima durante uno step del carico.<\/p>\n<p>Le funzioni di tracking e sequencing consentono di ottimizzare l&#8217;accensione e lo spegnimento di pi\u00f9 alimentatori. Altre caratteristiche del dispositivo includono il controllo in current mode, l&#8217;LDO incorporato per l&#8217;alimentazione del circuito integrato, un soft-start programmabile, un&#8217;uscita di corretta alimentazione e un sistema di controllo della tensione V<sub>CC<\/sub> esterna.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LTC3829 \u00e8 disponibile in un package TSSOP a 38 pin con caratteristiche termiche avanzate o QFN a 38 pin da 5 x 7 mm in grado di supportare temperature operative di giunzione comprese tra -40\u00b0C e 125\u00b0C.
