Integrato in un package QFN da 4 mm x 5 mm, pu\u00f2 fornire fino a 3 A di corrente  continua da ciascun canale con tensioni in uscita di soli 0,6 V. L\u2019LTC3633  funziona in un range di tensioni in ingresso compreso tra 3,6 V e 15V ed \u00e8  adatto per applicazioni alimentate con batterie agli ioni di litio a doppia  cella e sistemi di bus medi da 5 V e 12 V. L\u2019architettura di controllo consente di raggiungere duty cycle del 5% e  mantenere frequenze di commutazione di 2,25 MHz, il che lo rende ideale per  applicazioni con rapporti step-down elevati, ad esempio conversioni da 12  V<sub>IN<\/sub> a 1,2 V<sub>OUT<\/sub>.\u00a0  I due canali operano sfasati di 180\u00b0\u00a0 riducendo al minimo sia le capacit\u00e0 di  ingresso che di uscita. Il funzionamento Burst Mode<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> serve a  massimizzare il rendimento a carico ridotto, richiedendo solo 500 \u00b5A senza  carico, rendendo questo dispositivo adatto per applicazioni che richiedono una  lunga durata della batteria. Per le applicazioni che necessitano di livelli di  rumore bassissimi, l\u2019LTC3633 pu\u00f2 essere configurato in modalit\u00e0 \u201cpulse skipping\u201d  o continua forzata per ridurre la corrente di ripple e potenziali interferenze  RF. Tra le altre funzioni sono inclusi monitoraggio della tensione power good,  tracking della tensione in uscita, funzione soft-start indipendente per ogni  canale e protezione contro i cortocircuiti.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019LTC3633EUFD \u00e8 disponibile in un package QFN-28 da 4 mm x 5mm. I prezzi  partono da $4,25 cad. per ordini di 1000 unit\u00e0. L\u2019LTC3633EFE \u00e8 disponibile in un  package TSSOP-28 con funzionalit\u00e0 termiche avanzate, i prezzi partono da $4,40  cad. per ordini di 1000 unit\u00e0. Per le versioni industriali, LTC3633IUFD e  LTC3633IFE, il funzionamento \u00e8 garantito in un range di temperature di giunzione  compreso tra -40\u00b0C e 125\u00b0C; i prezzi sono, rispettivamente, di $4,72 e $4,89  cad. per 1000 unit\u00e0.
