La <strong>crescita del valore del mercato<\/strong> si attesta all\u2019<strong>1% vs 2008<\/strong>, raggiungendo i <strong>5,8 miliardi di Euro<\/strong>. Comparti come il <strong>turismo<\/strong> attestano un <strong>calo percentuale di crescita<\/strong> (<strong>-3%<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Registrano<strong> andamenti positivi<\/strong> l\u2019<strong>Abbigliamento<\/strong> (<strong>+42%<\/strong>), l\u2019<strong>Editoria<\/strong>, <strong>Musica e Aud.<\/strong> (<strong>+17%<\/strong>), <strong>Informatica ed elettronica<\/strong> (<strong>+7%<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Se il mercato rimane ancora <strong>orientato verso la vendita di servizi<\/strong> (<strong>66% rispetto la vendita di prodotti -34%<\/strong>), confermando il dato in antitesi con i trend dei mercati esteri, dati positivi si registrano per le <strong>vendite all\u2019estero<\/strong> (<strong>+9%<\/strong>) rivelandosi il <strong>settore Abbigliamento il comparto con maggiore percentuale di vendita all\u2019estero<\/strong> (il <strong>52% delle vendite avviene fuori dall\u2019Italia<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Persiste il <strong>gap del mercato italiano con quello straniero<\/strong> &#8211; solo <strong>un terzo di quello francese<\/strong> e <strong>un sesto di quello Inglese<\/strong>. <!--more-->I dati sottolineano come aziende attive nel mercato E-Commerce devo colmare alcuni gap e aspetti tecnici per diventare sempre pi\u00f9 competitive.<\/p>\n<p>In questo quadro di rallentamento, le aziende online devono trovare spinte esterne per ampliare le loro offerte.<\/p>\n<p>Entra in gioco cos\u00ec il <strong>ruolo della comunicazione come strumento attrattivo per l\u2019utenza internet<\/strong>: lo studio dell\u2019<strong>organizzazione del portale e-commerce<\/strong>, la <strong>gestione del negozio online<\/strong>, le <strong>strategie di comunicazione utilizzate a promozione<\/strong> sono solo alcuni aspetti a cui prestare attenzione per ottenere una presenza nel mercato soddisfacente e produttiva.<\/p>\n<p>Bisogna diventare ed essere competitivi agli occhi dell\u2019<strong>utenza Internet<\/strong> (<strong>oltre il 63% degli italiani<\/strong>) che continua a crescere.<\/p>\n<p>Primi passi indispensabili sono da un lato la <strong>cura della struttura stessa del portale e del servizio offerto<\/strong> <strong>per frenare<\/strong>, ad esempio, l\u2019<strong>abbandono del carrello online<\/strong> \u2013 problema che interessa la maggior parte dei siti ecommerce- a causa degli <strong>elevati passaggi per completare la procedura d\u2019acquisto<\/strong>.
