Infatti sembrerebbe che le novit\u00e0 introdotte non abbiano convinto pienamente i consumatori che preferiscono utilizzare altri software di navigazione. I risultati, in termini di utilizzo da parte degli utenti, sono quindi pessimi:\u00a0 per esempio dalla prima volta che il software ha fatto la sua comparsa, il suo utilizzo da parte degli utenti \u00e8 sceso sotto il 50%. Questa ultima statistica comprende i software di navigazione usati sia sugli smartphone che sui pc. Explorer guida ancora la classifica al 49,57% delle preferenze mentre Firefox segue al 21% ed infine si trova Chrome al 21%.<\/p>\n<p>Bisogna anche dire che Internet Explorer sarebbe al 52,63% se si trascurassero i browser utilizzati sugli smartphone ma ci\u00f2 non \u00e8 possibile vista l\u2019importanza sempre pi\u00f9 crescente per la navigazione mobile anche se, anche nell\u2019ambito pc il risultato risulta essere in calo rispetto al trimestre precedente. Sempre per quanto riguarda nello specifico il numero della versione pi\u00f9 utilizzata questa \u00e8 la 8 per Explorer, la 7 per Firefox e la 14 per Google Chrome. Significativo il fatto che non \u00e8 ancora presente un forte interesse per la versione 9 di Internet Explorer che non ha superato nelle preferenze ancora la versione precedente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Come detto, comunque, \u00e8 necessario specificare che Internet Explorer soffre soprattutto il\u00a0 confronto con i browser per dispositivi mobile. Effettivamente il software di navigazione di Apple detiene ben il 62,17% delle quote, al secondo posto \u00e8 presente Opera Mini con il 18% ed al terzo posto \u00a0Android Browser con il 13,12%. Da considerare il fatto che in questo settore Internet Explorer detiene solo lo 0,16%, una quantit\u00e0 davvero irrisoria.
