Sebbene questo dimostri che il negozio tradizionale resta ancora un punto di riferimento per lo shopping di Natale, se i <em>retailer<\/em> vogliono mantenere la loro competitivit\u00e0 dovrebbero adattarsi rapidamente all&#8217;evoluzione della domanda da parte dei consumatori.<\/p>\n<p>Il consumatore si fida e ama, infatti, sempre di pi\u00f9 fare gli acquisti in rete:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong><em>il 73% degli intervistati apprezza la comodit\u00e0 di poter comprare da casa, o dall&#8217;ufficio, <\/em><\/strong>mentre<strong><em> il 76% evidenzia come aspetto positivo quello di non dover \u201csgomitare\u201d tra la folla<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Solo <strong><em>il 39% teme gli aspetti legati alla sicurezza<\/em><\/strong>, e <strong><em>meno di un quarto afferma di avere come preoccupazione quella di non sapere di quale sito Web fidarsi<\/em><\/strong>. Al contrario, <strong><em>i principali deterrenti allo shopping online sono rappresentati dall&#8217;impossibilit\u00e0 di toccare con mano i prodotti (63%) e dal timore che la consegna non avvenga in tempo per Natale (46%)<\/em><\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u00c8 altrettanto vero per\u00f2 che, sebbene gran parte delle persone apprezzi la comodit\u00e0 di questa forma di acquisto, <strong><em>si continua comunque a fare compere direttamente nei negozi per assaporare il clima natalizio (52%) e per poter vedere da vicino e toccare di persona il prodotto prima di comperarlo (75%)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ci\u00f2 che invece <strong><em>non piace \u00e8 sicuramente il sovraffollamento (86%) e le code (76%), due aspetti tipici e inevitabili dei negozi soprattutto nel periodo natalizio<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Kellett, Retail Industry Consultant di Fujitsu Services, ha cos\u00ec commentato: \u201c<em>Con Internet si sta venendo a creare una categoria di consumatori sempre pi\u00f9 attenti anche all&#8217;aspetto della comodit\u00e0; per questo i negozianti tradizionali devono cercare di adattare la loro offerta e porre l&#8217;attenzione sull&#8217;esperienza del cliente, al fine di continuare ad attrarre i fan dello shopping natalizio&#8217;<\/em>.\u00a0 Sarah ha poi continuato: \u201c<em>I consumatori stanno trovando il loro giusto equilibrio fra la comodit\u00e0 degli acquisti in Rete e l&#8217;esperienza diretta offerta dal punto vendita tradizionale. I retailer devono quindi comprendere come inserire all&#8217;interno di questo equilibrio i loro canali di vendita, mostrando flessibilit\u00e0 per adattarsi al nuovo mondo del retailing.
