Prima del suo ingresso in <em><strong>Riverbed<\/strong><\/em>, occupava la posizione di <strong>Vice President of Sales di <em>Citadel Security Software<\/em><\/strong>, poi <strong>acquisita da <em>McAfee<\/em>.<\/strong> Ancora prima, <em>Schirman<\/em> ha <strong>lavorato in <em>NetScreen Technologies<\/em><\/strong>, dove si occupava delle <strong>vendite ai service provider<\/strong>, costruendo e guidandone l\u2019organizzazione fino all\u2019<strong>acquisizione da parte di <em>Juniper Networks<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una delle principali iniziative di<em> Schirman<\/em> sar\u00e0 quella di <strong>ampliare le opportunit\u00e0 di crescita dei ricavi dei partner capitalizzando sulle strategie di espansione di <em>Riverbed<\/em><\/strong> nell\u2019ambito della <strong>WAN optimization<\/strong> e dei segmenti di mercato a elevata crescita come<strong> il cloud, il disaster recovery e la virtualizzazione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><em>Schirman<\/em> continuer\u00e0, inoltre, a <strong>promuovere la creazione di un solido rapporto collaborativo tra l&#8217;azienda e i suoi partner<\/strong>, per realizzare un modello di copertura del mercato che ottimizzi le possibilit\u00e0 dei clienti, che potranno acquistare e implementare le soluzioni <em><strong>Riverbed<\/strong><\/em> nel modo pi\u00f9 soddisfacente, tramite r<strong>ivenditori a valore aggiunto, system integrator o service provider<\/strong>, e con i modelli finanziari di spesa in conto capitale o di spesa operativa.<\/p>\n<p>Per rafforzare ulteriormente i rapporti con i mercati multi-nazionali degli utenti finali,<em> Schirman <\/em>continuer\u00e0 l&#8217;impegno della societ\u00e0 nella costruzione di <strong>solide collaborazioni con i grandi partner nazionali e globali all\u2019interno del Riverbed Partner Network (RPN)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Schirman<\/em> fa parte del<strong> top management di <em>Riverbed<\/em> dal 2008<\/strong>, quando \u00e8 entrato in azienda con la <strong>responsabilit\u00e0 mondiale delle vendite ai service provider<\/strong>.
